Falcon QBO Importer is an internal business application operated by Brown Derby Stores, Inc. The application is used by authorized personnel to connect to QuickBooks Online and perform accounting-related tasks.
The application may access QuickBooks Online company information and accounting data that an authorized user permits through Intuit's OAuth authorization process.
The application does not store users' QuickBooks passwords. OAuth access and refresh tokens are used to maintain authorized connections.
Information accessed through QuickBooks Online is used only for internal accounting, reconciliation, import, and related business processes of authorized company entities.
QuickBooks data accessed by the application is not sold and is not intentionally shared with unrelated third parties except as necessary to operate the application or comply with applicable law.
Business data and connection credentials are retained only as necessary for legitimate business and operational purposes. Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used to protect access to the application and connected systems.
